£40 per room, per night - Winter (Nov, Dec 1-18, Jan 2nd - Mar 30th)

£50 per room, per night - Shoulder (April, Sep, October)

£60 per room, per night - Summer and Holidays (May, June, July, Aug)

£75 per room, per night - Super Peak (Solstice/NY - 19th Dec - 1st Jan)

Long Stays / Residencies / Digital Nomads - 28 days

£900 - Shoulder

£1100 - Summer

These prices include bills and free fast speed internet.

Rooms

For simplicity we charge per room, and all rooms at the same rate.

You can share a double or a twin with another person and make arrangements between yourselves in terms of splitting your room cost.

 

Meals & Catering

• There are shared kitchens in our hostels/lodges for your self-catering.

• There is a local organic food shop (Phoenix) immediately adjacent to where you are staying and another 1 mile away in Findhorn (Bakehouse).

• Breakfast is not provided

• Within 1.5 miles there are multiple local cafes, pubs, take aways, pizza and ice-cream shops, with the nearest cafe 60 seconds walk away.

• Catering can be arranged for large group bookings, by arrangement.
