Drawing on the best of our environmental and spiritual traditions, our connection to the land here, and from the wealth of educational, ecological, community development and creative skills of our resident members and wider community, we aim to be in service to the world, focused on the exciting projects listed below!
Buying the Park
On 18th November 2024, we are proud to announce that EF completed Parts 1 and 2 of the community buyout, on behalf of 381 community members. Thank you to all our members, workers, donors, subscribers, volunteers, and investors!

We are now raising another £1 Million to both capitalise our start-up costs and complete the other two parts of the buyout, which include pre-emption rights on remaining FF areas such as Cullerne Gardens. You can be part of this by joining, investing or donating!

​The feeling of potential is enormous as we get the community going again with a dynamic and young staff team, growing by the day.
Our democratic, economic regeneration, along with our youth attracting and ecological aims, align closely with the Scottish Government's national agenda. We have been accepted into the Scottish Land Fund community buy-out process.
