VISITING TEACHERS AND PRACTITIONERS
We welcome courses that align with our mission of fostering environmental education, interfaith dialogue, and personal transformation. Our focus is on sustainability, holistic learning, and embodied healing. We are especially interested in offerings that deepen our sense of interconnection with nature, focus on solutions to the planetary crisis, and recognise the sacredness that unites us with the Earth and one another. For enquiries you can contact us here.

It's an exciting time to explore the rebirth of the community.

Explore real-life eco-impact at the ecovillage - including innovative building, renewable energy systems, biodiversity restoration, biomimicry water treatment - all evolving since our first "Planetary Village Conference" in 1982 and underpinning our twice-awarded UN-Habitat best practice status for sustainable human settlement.

Currently we are reviving organic food production, stewarding the Findhorn Foundation's Cullerne Gardens land, restarting volunteer opportunities, exploring new ways of organising community decision-making and more. We also provide homes for several Ukrainian young families as part of our global contribution.

Find your peace in Scottish nature.

We are nestled next to the beautiful, historic fishing village of Findhorn - located on a unique and stunning peninsula in northeast Scotland. The area is renowned for its nature reserves, rare dune habitats, starry skies, and sunny micro-climate, with a beach that stretches for miles. There is a lovely walk along the bay between the ecovillage and the historic village.

There are opportunities to spot dolphins, visit neolithic sites and more widely, the rugged beauty of the Cairngorm Mountains, the Highlands, the West coast and its islands are all within reach.
We are looking forward to welcoming you “home”.
