Clearwater is a single-storey timber house at the edge of the CC garden, wrapped in wildflower meadow and birch. Solar panels on the roof heat the water, deep eaves shelter the decking, and tall garden doors open the living room straight onto it.
Inside there are four bedrooms: a double, two twins and a single, each with its own ensuite shower room, and 6 beds in total sleeping up to 6 guests, or 7 if the double is shared.

Clearwater sits inside the Park Ecovillage Findhorn community, and as a guest you are warmly welcomed into the rhythm of the community, which involves, among others, morning meditation, singing, dancing and practicing the community's principles of Inner listening, Love in action and co-creation with nature. Ecovillage Findhorn CBS is a community-owned charity. Money spent on your stay goes directly back into the upkeep of the ecovillage and its shared spaces, including the Universal Hall.
