​RENTING OUT WHOLE PROPERTY

 

Pricing below is for workshop facilitators, visiting teachers and groups who wish to book the whole accommodation for their participants. It is possible to check in and out on any day of the week. The minimum stay is 2 nights:

 

We have 12 rooms in total, 18 people maximum capacity.

• Up to 14 people in the Guest Lodge (2 doubles, 2 singles, 4 twins),

• 4 people in the Bunk House (4 singles).

Below is an example of booking for 5 nights in each season:

LOW SEASON

​

Low season - Guest Lodge only (8 rooms, 14 people):

£40 pn x 8 rooms = £320 pn

£320 x 5 nights = £1600

​

Low Season - Guest Lodge & Bunk House (12 rooms, 18 people):

£40 x 12 rooms = £480

£480 x 5 nights = £2400

​

We offer a 10% discount if booking whole accommodation for 5 nights +

SHOULDER SEASON

​

Shoulder Season - Guest Lodge only (8 rooms, 14 people):

£50 pn x 8 rooms = £400 pn

£400 x 5 nights = £2000

​

Shoulder Season - Guest Lodge & Bunk House (12 rooms, 18 people):

£50 x 12 rooms = £600 pn

£600 x 5 nights = £3000

We offer a 10% discount if booking whole accommodation for 5 days +

HIGH SEASON

​

High Season - Guest Lodge only (8 rooms, 14 people):

£60 pn x 8 rooms = £480

£480 x 5 nights = £2400

High Season - Guest Lodge & Bunk House (12 rooms, 18 people):

£60 pn x 12 rooms = £720

£720 x 5 nights = £3600

We offer a 10% discount if booking whole accommodation for 5 days +

Example 3 month retreat in high season -

Guest Lodge & Bunk House (12 rooms, 18 people)

£1100 per room, per month x 3 months = £3300

£3300 x 12 rooms = £39,600

We offer a 20% discount on whole accommodation booking

for longer periods.

YOUTH BUILDING

​

It is possible to have use of the Youth Building, as long as your workshop is booked 2 months in advance. This is £100 per day.
