Joan Kathleen Wilmot is a reflective practice supervisor, trainer and facilitator working across London and Findhorn. Through her work with CSTD London, she supports individuals and organisations to deepen reflective capacity, ethical awareness and professional resilience.

Joan brings to the board extensive experience in reflective practice, supervision and learning-centred organisational development, supporting thoughtful governance, healthy leadership and values-led decision-making.
